You can get to pay for your products by using our online integrated payment gateway. We use Paystack as our payment partner, you can find more information about Paystack here.

Please note, we do not have a Cash on Delivery option. What we encourage is you pay online, but in the event of any issues that may arise from production or delivery shortcomings, we have a  money back guarantee that you can trust.

We have several paper types available depending on the product being ordered. The pricing pages for each product show the paper types suited best for that product.

Can I order two-colour printing from you? 2018-07-22T09:10:40+00:00

Why go two-colour when you can go full colour?. Perhaps you want a distinct two-colour feel, you are free to demand two-colour printing, except on the likes of postcards, business cards and presentation folders.  These exceptions are based on the fact that at the stage of printing, they turn to four colour jobs.

What you have to do is place your order, then make use of the comments or additional information section that it’s a 2 colour job and specify the colors you would like. Do note that 2 colour printing jobs are priced the same as the default job.

We accept a range of file formats when you try to submit your document for printing. However, The Portable Document Format (PDF) is generally the preferred file format for submitting a document for printing. A pdf file encompasses all needed information to allow for no variation in document consistency across different systems.

This is because it works with virtually all professional printing and digital output devices. Other file formats such as Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator are easily converted to pdf.  PageMaker, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Freehand, Publisher and PowerPoint file formats are also accepted.

It is quite important for you to engage our services long before the deadline so that all can be met in due time.

We have same day delivery options (if you order before 10 am and are based in Lagos) for our products such as business cards, flyers, leaflets, greeting cards, bifold and trifold brochures while the delivery time for others is stated on each product.

It will vary depending upon your file size, the speed of your internet connection and the volume of Internet traffic at the time you send it.

There is an electronic paper trail for all changes made after an initial order has been made. You can edit values such as shipping method, shipping address or quantity. However, do note that design and order quantity cannot be changed once your job has been printed.

In digital printing, the term, “What You See Is What You Get” (WYSISYG) has come to stay, meaning that the technologies behind design, layout and printing are pretty much consistent and free of errors. This said however, noticeable differences may occur or crop up in color calibration and spatial conformity meaning that different screens or monitors may represent some certain colours in different ways than originally thought of.

We always recommend that before you choose a template from our website, maximize your device’s color and clarity. This will help forestall any issues that may arise.

You could also invest in color calibration tools. In this era, there are tools available for greater conformity in color from screen to print. We would be willing to offer advice on what to use so you can achieve best results.

We also advise that you design using CMYK colors as that is the color scheme used by our printers.
